Grand Boulevard at Sandestin® is the new $250 million dollar, 52-acre mixed-use town center now open in Florida’s Beaches of South Walton, along the Emerald Coast. Grand Boulevard is designed as a town center and destination for all of Northwest Florida. As with town centers, one can get most of their daily needs within a short walk, including medical services, business appointments, groceries, shopping and dining, visit a park, enjoy the outdoors and entertainment.

Grand Boulevard is located in Northwest Florida’s Beaches of South Walton between Pensacola and Panama City, on Emerald Coast Parkway, east of the main entrance to Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort.

The beautifully landscaped grounds, innovative architecture, walking paths and the peaceful green space of Grand Park provide ample opportunity to enjoy a visit to Grand Boulevard and the vibrant ambiance it has to offer. Entertainment, such as concerts and other performances, will take place in Grand Park in peak season.

What is Grand Park?
Grand Park is the designated green space for the downtown area which is also called the town center. The park offers a lovely space for sitting, people-watching, playing games, relaxing, or enjoying a live performance. It includes a specially-designed water fountain, lush landscaping and lighting and places to sit and enjoy the view.

What is the inspiration for the fountain at Grand Park?
The fountain offers a stunning focal point for visitors to the park. Paying homage to the gulf tide, the elegant fountain design visually represents the ebb and flow of the tide and is constantly changing. The water in the fountain runs horizontally and projects vertical water at intervals.

Is there a movie theater in Grand Boulevard?
Grand Boulevard is currently researching and pursuing unique movie theater types. It is our hope that a movie theater is in our future.

What is the best way to get to Grand Boulevard and is there plenty of parking?
There are five convenient ways to access the town center – pedestrian access, bike, golf cart, Sandestin® tram and by car. Parking is plentiful and convenient and includes store-front parking.

What are the center hours?
Grand Boulevard Sands is open Monday thru Saturday, 10am-9pm and Sunday, 11 AM to 7 PM. Center office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9am-5:00pm.

Does the center sell gift cards?
Gift cards are available at Guest Services located in Grand Park next to Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican restaurant during center hours and online. Gift cards may also be ordered by phone using Visa or MasterCard. 850-654-5929.

Can I order items online?
We do not have a link for online shopping. Our Web site is merely an information center for Grand Boulevard. Individual stores can be contacted by phone or some may have a Web site where you can shop online.
