Starting this month, there are eight new menu items at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. From the "New Classics" shown at
the left
to new appetizers, sides and seafood dishes, they all have roots as
"traditional dishes," but they've been updated with some "Fleming's
Flair." The Porcini Rubbed Filet Mignon and the Peppercorn Steak are
both bold, contemporary interpretations of great classics. Along with
the two new steaks, the new menu includes Tilamook Bay Petrale Sole,
Salmon Nicoise Salad, Roasted Mushroom Ravioli, Lump Crab Louis Wraps,
